The working principle of the rotating oil cylinder is based on the transmission and amplification of hydraulic pressure. Hydraulic oil pipes are connected on both sides of the rotor, with one side for oil intake and the other for oil return. When the rotor comes into contact with the spindle, it stops, then changes the direction of flow and turns back, repeating this process.

The rotary oil cylinder has a simple structure, is easy to install and maintain, and is widely used in industrial production. In addition, since it uses hydraulic pressure to transmit and amplify force, the output force of the rotary oil cylinder is greater than the input force, allowing it to provide higher torque and speed. Moreover, the forward and reverse rotation control of the oil cylinder is achieved by controlling the hydraulic valve ports and flow, making the operation flexible and convenient.
