The working principle of the rotating oil cylinder is based on the transmission and amplification of hydraulic pressure. During the movement process, force output is achieved through the flow of hydraulic oil. When hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder body from the hydraulic pump, the flow and direction of the hydraulic oil in and out are adjusted by the control valve. The piston moves back and forth according to the action of hydraulic pressure, thus rotating the oil cylinder.

When the rotating oil cylinder is working, if the piston rod needs to rotate, there will be two situations.

1. Sealing oil leakage

2. The nut behind the piston is loose, causing the piston to fall and the piston rod to shoot out directly.

However, the piston rod can only move in a straight line back and forth. The oil cylinder is basically the same; the quality of the oil cylinder depends on the machining process and the environment of the equipment.

The rotating oil cylinder and the motor are not the same; it has two fan-shaped structures inside: a rotor and a stator. The rotor can rotate within a certain angle (less than 360 degrees, generally greater than 270 degrees), whereas the stator does not rotate.

Hydraulic oil pipes are connected on both sides of the rotor, with one side for oil intake and the other for oil return. When the rotor comes into contact with the spindle, it stops, then changes the direction of flow and turns back, repeating this process.

The rotary oil cylinder has a simple structure, is easy to install and maintain, and is widely used in industrial production. In addition, since it uses hydraulic pressure to transmit and amplify force, the output force of the rotary oil cylinder is greater than the input force, allowing it to provide higher torque and speed. Moreover, the forward and reverse rotation control of the oil cylinder is achieved by controlling the hydraulic valve ports and flow, making the operation flexible and convenient.

In summary, the rotating oil cylinder realizes the output of force and drives the rotational movement of mechanical equipment through the transmission and amplification of hydraulic pressure. Its simple structure and efficient working principle make it an indispensable component in various industrial fields.
